Mr Roy Martin QC
Dean of the faculty of Advocates
11 Parliament House
EDINBURGH
Scotland UK
EH1 1RF

Dear Mr Martin

I read with interest an article in one of our Sunday papers. Apparently an advocate called George Wood was at a retirement dinner for a sheriff. Mr Wood made a joke about the black man logo that used to be on Robertson jam jars.

He was reported to you and you subsequently sent him a “severe written censure” and also fined him £1500. He will also apparently never be permitted to act as a prosecutor in the future.

Given the severe punishment for what was at worst an insensitive joke, I am left in a confused state. Your faculty may be so straight laced and full of members who are pillars of integrity that you routinely enforce stringent rules in order to flush out anyone who is not a saint, in which case you will be of service to me and essentially the public.

However given the terrible torture that I have suffered at the hands of the Scottish legal system, I am more inclined to have a very dim view of your faculty.

It is a well-documented code of practice for Mafia organisations all over the world to control their degenerate criminal members with stringent rules and severe punishment for the slightest infringement of said rules in order to keep up the appearance of being legitimate organisations while still being deeply involved in serious criminality.

I personally suspect that the faculty of advocates is a degenerate and completely criminal organisation that routinely breaks the law in order to gain convictions at any cost. I had previously presumed that you had all been deluded into believing that your criminal acts were for the greater good however after what I have experienced I believe that your member’s criminal actions are perpetrated for amusement or simply because it can be done.

Please prove me wrong by investigating what you are about to read and thereafter by severely punishing anyone whom you find that has brought your faculty into ill repute.

I will try to chronicle my experiences in as concise a manner as possible. In March 2002 a man called Justin McAlroy co-hosted a charity fundraising dinner for the Labour party. He was in the company of Jack MacConnell MSP, the First Minister of Scotland, also John Reid MEP, the (then) Secretary of State for Northern Ireland; also present were various other members of the Labour party; senior police officer’s and other dodgy types.

Four days after the charity dinner Justin MacAlroy was brutally shot dead in his neighbour’s driveway where he had tried to escape the assassin by hiding under a car. The media reported that Justin MacAlroy was a heroin baron who was deeply involved with various gangland figures in Scotland and also members of the Russian mafia. The media also linked MacAlroy to a shipment of heroin worth millions of pounds that had been seized by police in Estonia. more......
